If you plan to wear them over light layers as rain pants, then you might want to order one size smaller than your usual US military size. For example, I normally wear US military Large Long pants, but if I wear these pants over light cargo pants or shorts, these pants in a Large Long would be very loose/baggy on me. These ADS ECWCS Level 6 OCP/Multicam Windproof, Waterproof, Breathable Cold/Wet Shell Pants are in New Without Tags Condition (Issued/Unworn) with no signs of prior use. All zippers, Shok Cords, Cord Locs and Velcro Fields are intact and working correctly. No rips, holes, tears, snags, stains, odors or other visible damage. NOISE NOTE: This fabric is tougher than the GEN III US Military ECWCS Level 6 Parka, but it's also a little bit louder. The noise level apparently decreases as the fabric gets broken-in from normal wear. When new, this fabric sounds kinda "crunchy"...a bit like Tyvek construction fabric flapping in a breeze. It's not terrible, but it's noticeable. It's almost impossible to find outdoor clothing that's waterproof, breathable, windproof AND silent. IMPORTANT MANUFACTURER INFO - ADS Tactical and Tullahoma Industries have manufactured clothing for the US Military for DECADES. They are both currently actively contracted to manufacture US Military ECWCS Gen III Clothing. In recent years ADS has also been manufacturing US military spec clothing and equipment for the US Government (DOD, Homeland Security, etc.), Law Enforcement, Foreign Military Allies and Global Private Security Contractors. Based on the manufacturing tag, I believe this item was NOT made for a US Military contract. However, the materials and manufacturing of ADS Tactical's non-US military clothing is always comparable to US Issued gear at a slightly lower price point. If you're required to have US military uniforms with NSN contract numbers, then this item will not pass muster. However, if you want US-Made Mil-Spec Multicam clothing at a great price, then this item is a great value! This item is being offered AS IS with NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS.
