Part of label is missing on the used roll but it is the same product, with different lot number and date. A full 1lb roll in it's packaging weighs just over 17oz, the other roll is slightly used and does have a few different areas where wire was cut so it's not a perfect spool, and as you can see the used roll weighs in at just under 16oz, making this roll approximately 91% full.
